Richard Maringione

I am a native of the Bronx New York, where I first began my real estate endeavor. In New York, I was a licensed real estate sales agent as well as an appraiser. After receiving my business degree, I became an accountant while raising my family in Portland, Maine. While in Portland, I worked for a real estate attorney, preparing and performing real estate closings as well as some abstracting. In addition, my wife and I owned and operated a successful small business called Mad Science, which we brought to Palm Beach County in 2010.
